A 52-year-old man from Rye reported being hit with a paint ball pellet while walking in Louden Woods on Jan. 10 at 7:30 p.m. The local reported harassment to police. The offender is still at large.

 

A 45-year-old Suffern man reported that between Jan. 9 and Jan. 11 an unknown party broke into a locked construction site and stole property at 21 Club Road. No arrests have been made.

 

A Port Chester man was arrested on Jan. 12 at 11:38 a.m. at 1050 Boston Post Road. A police officer found what appeared to be a forged parking permit on the 1995 Mazda Millenia of Brett M. Cummings, 26.

 

A man from Sound Beach was arrested on Jan. 13 at 3:23 p.m. on Evergreen Avenue. A license plate reader indicated that Paul T. Grunke, 26, was driving with a suspended license for expired insurance.

 

Club Shenorock Shore, located at 499 Stuyvesant Ave., reported on Jan. 16 at 8:40 a.m. that a golf cart was taken from a shed and driven into the Long Island Sound. The club is reviewing video which they plan to turn over to detectives.

 

A Rye woman reported to police that she found damage to her car and house on Jan. 17 at 1:06 p.m. at 18 Cowles Ave. No arrests have been made.

 

A 25-year-old woman was arrested on Jan. 19 at Station Plaza. Rachael Goncalves-Martins of Port Chester is charged with driving with suspended insurance.

 

Robert I. Ruiz, 29, of Port Chester was arrested on Jan. 20 at 12:49 p.m. at the intersection of Purchase Street and Elm Place. He is charged with driving with suspended insurance.

 

A 50-year-old resident reported on Jan. 31 that her pocketbook containing cash, credit cards, an ATM card and her driver’s license was stolen overnight from her vehicle on Jan. 31 at 88 Parkway Drive. No arrests have been made.

 

The Rye Recreation Department reported a sign stolen from Gagliardo Park located at 281 Midland Ave. on Feb. 1. No arrests have been made.
